How long does a slate or tile roof last?
A properly laid natural slate roof can last 80–100 years, and quality concrete or clay tiles comfortably 50+. The membrane, battens and fixings we use are chosen to match, so the whole roof ages together.
Can you match my existing slates or tiles?
In most cases, yes. We’ll source new materials to match the profile and colour as closely as possible, or reclaim and re-use sound existing slates where it makes sense.
Do I need a full re-roof or just repairs?
Not always a re-roof. After a free survey we'll tell you honestly whether a repair will see you good for years, or whether re-roofing is the better long-term value. No pressure either way.
