How long does a uPVC roofline last?
Quality uPVC fascias, soffits and gutters typically last 25+ years with virtually no maintenance — an occasional wipe-down is about it. No more scraping and repainting rotten timber.
Do you fit ventilation into the soffits?
Yes — proper roof-space ventilation is built into the soffits as standard, which helps prevent condensation, damp and timber rot in the loft.
Can you just replace the guttering?
Of course. If the fascias and soffits are still sound we’re happy to renew or repair just the guttering and downpipes.
